Associate - Corporate M&A Department
The Corporate M&A Department is looking for an associate with approximately 1 to 3 years' experience. The successful applicant should have experience in corporate and/or commercial law and good writing skills. He/she should be a native German speaker with good skills in Dutch, French and English. He/she should have achieved excellent grades in his/her university studies (Belgian legal degree).
Associate - Banking & Finance Department
The Banking & Finance Department is looking for an associate with approximately 2 to 3 years' experience. The successful applicant should have experience in Banking & Finance law and good writing skills. He/she should be trilingual (Dutch, French and English) and should have achieved excellent grades in his/her university studies.
